Denise and John Tell Us about Themselves
Feb. 04, 2016
Our two newest members, Denise Henkes and John Goldstein, will be the program. They will each give a 15 minute talk about themselves, family, passions, etc. This program will be great for anyone interested in joining the club since they will see the high caliber of the people that join the Rotary Club of San Jose East/Evergreen (SJEE). It will also be a great time for longer term members we might not have seen for a while to get back into the swing of things. As you can tell, the club is starting to grow, we have inducted 5 new members since July 1, 2015. From serving on the District 5170 Membership Committee, I know that inducting 5 new members is one of the highest for any club in the District. With 3 members leaving (one unfortunately through death, one moving, one deciding Rotary was not her thing) we have a net gain of 2. There are more potential members that will shortly submit applications. Soooooooooo.......now is the time to help us grow the club...........................
